Well, the above title is partly true, I've got almost a full set of CU Amiga CD's to get rid of which will only cost you the price of the p&p for the whole lot, or the cost of 2x1st class stamps, and I've also got about half of the full set of AFCD's which again, will only cost you the price of p&p for the whole lot, or the cost of 2x1st class stamps.
My main item for sale this time is an Apollo 040 accelerator board with 16Mb of memory on it, it works, that I can assure you, it was part of a load of miggy stuff that I bought a week or so ago from a mate of mine, I'm asking 50 o.n.o, now, only having an 030 Blizzard Mk IV card you might be wondering why I want to sell the Apollo instead of the Blizzard, well, if you one of the many miggy users who have been around the scene for a while and know a bit about your hardware, you'll know that even for a mere 030 the Blizzard is a far more powerful and versatile card, for those who don't know the blizzard's specs, here they are.
The Blizzard can have a special SCSI board module added to it to not only give you a DAM scsi interface instead of the crappy Squirrel scsi, but also there is a simm slot on the scsi board to add another memory simm of up to 128Mb, so if you were lucky enough to be able to afford a 128Mb simm to go on the main board, plus a 128Mb 72-pin EDO mem simm fitted to the scsi module, you'd end up with a miggy of 256Mb of FastRAM, plus the normal 2Mb, so you'd finally have a 258Mb miggy.
Don't get me wrong, the Apollo board is ok, but I prefer to stay with my Blizzard, now, with p&p I'll let it go for 50 o.n.o, or some other decent bit of hardware in exchange, if your interested in either any or all of the CD's or the Apollo card, then please get in touch with me at:-
Thanks, maybe we could arrange some sort of deal with the Apollo card instead of cash, drop me a line.....who knows.....
